Challenging life in London
London can be busy, lonely, expensive and intimidating. It can be difficult to make friends or find partners, find decent accomodation and the workplace can be very challenging and competitive. This can lead to a range of emotional issues and distress experienced when adjusting to life here. We regularly support individuals who have moved from abroad and from elsewhere in the UK.
We are also able to undertake treatment in a range of languages including Swedish, Italian, Greek, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish and Portugese.
We have an expert team of Consultant Psychiatrists, and Clinical Psychologists who are well versed in helping manage challenges when adjusting to life changes.
Contact and Appointments
If you are seeking an appointment with a psychiatrist, you should discuss this first with your GP to obtain a referral. Referrals are also accepted from clinical psychologists and counsellors.
Once you have your referral, please do contact us via our Enquiry Form and one of our team will be in touch without delay.
Overseas referrals are warmly welcomed. We do also see individuals without a family doctor (GP), and we can help you find a private or NHS family doctor.
