Caring for a loved one can be both rewarding and deeply challenging. While providing essential support, carers often face emotional strain, exhaustion, and sometimes feelings of guilt or frustration.
At Sloane Court Clinic, we offer specialised support for carers, helping them manage the unique stresses and emotional demands of their role.
Our experienced team of Consultant Psychiatrists and Clinical Psychologists understands the complexities of caregiving. We offer compassionate, practical guidance to help carers build resilience, establish boundaries, and address feelings of guilt or anxiety. Our approach may include supportive counselling, cognitive techniques to manage stress, or practical strategies for self-care. By creating a safe, understanding space, we help carers regain a sense of control and balance, prioritising their well-being alongside their caregiving responsibilities.
At Sloane Court Clinic, we believe that carers deserve support, too. If caregiving is taking a toll on your health or happiness, reach out.
We are here to provide the guidance and understanding you need to care for yourself while caring for others.

We have an expert team of Consultant Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists and Psychotherapists who are well versed in helping manage challenges that present when caring for another.
Contact and Appointments
If you are seeking an appointment with a psychiatrist, you should discuss this first with your GP to obtain a referral. Referrals are also accepted from clinical psychologists and counsellors.
Once you have your referral, please do contact us via our Enquiry Form and one of our team will be in touch without delay.
Overseas referrals are warmly welcomed. We do also see individuals without a family doctor (GP), and we can help you find a private or NHS family doctor.
