Teenagers displaying ‘problematic phone use’ more likely to be depressed
“Smartphones are fun and useful, and we’re developing them all the time,” said Dr Nicola Kalk, a co-author of the research at King’s College London.
“As an addiction psychiatrist, I would say that some human beings get into trouble with things that are fun, and we need to help them.”
