Note on Driving

Patients diagnosed with ADHD have a legal duty to notify DVLA when they receive a diagnosis of ADHD, if their attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or ADHD medication affects their ability to drive safely. You can read more about this here.

Note on ADHD Medication

Some countries may have different regulations for bringing in or taking certain medications, including ADHD medication. It is worth checking with your doctor or the embassy of your destination to see if there are any rules that pertain to any medication you plan to take with you.

These tools can make it easier to stay on top of daily tasks and provide reminders for important deadlines, helping you feel more in control of your life.
