If you require a repeat prescription, please contact the clinic by completing the form below.

For the avoidance of clinical risk, you will need to state which medication and dosage of medication you require. We will not be able to issue your prescription if you do not clearly state the medication you require.

Prescriptions can only be issued for patients who are in active management, otherwise if not in treatment your general practitioner would be the person to prescribe for you.

Please note: There is a fee of between £15- £30 levied for all out-of-appointment prescriptions depending on prescribing clinician. There is no fee for prescriptions issued during an appointment.

Please allow at least 72 working hours for your prescription to be arranged.

We prefer to use Pharmacierge as our direct-to-patient prescription delivery service. Pharmacierge are able to offer free delivery directly to your door, across London and the UK. Their charges for medication are in-line with High Street pharmacies, and you are able to pay via telephone or online payment. They also offer urgent and next day delivery at an additional fee and so if this is something you are in need of, please let us know in the form below so we can inform Pharmacierge when your prescription is sent over to them.

NHS guidance on what to do if you run out of your medicine:

If you run out of your medication and are unable to get a repeat prescription in time, you can speak to the Pharmacist in your local pharmacy or your GP pratice. In most cases, they will be able to give you a supply of your medication until another prescription can be organised, or they will be able to advise on next steps.
