Registering as a Patient

To register as a new patient with the Sloane Court Clinic, you can contact our Patient Services team, who will help walk you through the process.

To help us assess your case quickly and match you with the most relevant clinician, it would help us if you were able to share with us a referral letter from your GP (or another medical professional), as well as the details of your funding, whether this be via insurance company or self-funded. If you are unable to attain a referral letter, do include a few sentences on what you're looking to seek help with, and ask our team for our Self Referral form to complete.

Your information will then be reviewed by a Senior member of our Clinical team, and our Patient Services team will be in touch with next steps.
