Our fees differ between clinicians, but self-funded psychiatry appointments are between £380 - £510 per hour, with 30 minute follow up appointments at between £225 - £250.
For psychological therapy, sessions are between £180 - £250 per hour.
The details of the fees of each individual psychiatrist or psychologist are provided in the Our Doctors section. Some clinicians accept lower fees from insurance companies, without a top-up, and some charge a top-up.
All financial aspects of our practice are managed by Trust Health Limited.
The Sloane Court Clinic operates a pre-payment policy. Therefore non-insured patients must make payment prior to the appointment and Trust Health will be in touch with you to request payment, which can either be made via BACS or credit/debit card.
Appointments are scheduled at 60 minute or 30 minute intervals and a short interval within this allows for patient changeover, delays, note writing, etc.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time may still be liable to be charged, at up to 100% of the appointment fee. This will be at your clinician’s discretion.
VAT is not chargeable on medical services.
If you are covered by health insurance, we are supported by all major health insurance providers. This includes Aetna, Alliance, Aviva, AXA, AXA International, BUPA, BUPA International, Cigna, Cigna International, CISI, GeoBlue, Healix, HTH, Vitality and WPA but if yours is not included on this list, do contact us to check.
For legal reports and interviews the fee is around £200-240 per hour although this can vary particularly for publicly funded Legal Aid Authority (LAA) cases, where they are around £95 per hour.
