Working at The Sloane Court Clinic

The Sloane Court Clinic has a vacancy for a friendly and enthusiastic experienced Reception Administrator to cover a staff member on maternity leave. 
The role will start in December 2017 and finish in May 2018.  
The key duties  and responsibilities for this role are:  running the reception desk and the daily clinics; managing the Doctors' diaries; answering phone queries and booking appointments; raising invoices and taking payments;  filing and daily admin duties; upkeep and general daily maintenance of the clinic.

The core required skills for this role are: 

  1. Basic Typing;
  2. Answering the telephone;
  3. Dealing with email enquiries;
  4. Reception and appointment booking;
  5. General assistance with reasonable housekeeping;
  6. Storage of data in Dropbox;
  7. Maintenance of payment records;
  8. Actioning letters and practice related jobs;
  9. Data entry and processing within the practice database;
  10. Scanning and filing clinical and non-clinical information;
  11. Maintenance of tidy working and non-clinical areas;
  12. Running local errands for miscellaneous supplies;
  13. Ordering stationery and non-stationery supplies or its delegation;
  14. Ensuring personal adherence to the Practice Policies;
  15. Providing a welcoming atmosphere for patients and other visitors (including providing drinks);
  16. Assisting with practice promotion and advertising;
  17. Assisting with arranging academic and professional meetings;
  18. Assisting with running the Employer's diary;
  19. Assisting the Employer with academic work and events;
  20. Managing the Recalls list;
  21. Managing the Psychology Audit and referrals;
  22. Any other delegated tasks;
  23. Managing the cleaning audit .
